Quit being worried about where you rank, eventually through playing you'll rank high.

I do not care what the score of any my teammates is as long as they:
• Use rockets and medigels when the situation calls for it
• Immediately participate in any objective round and stick with it to the end
• Equip consumables as they will speed up the game, I hope to get any Gold PUG done in 20-22 minutes.
When you do the above and score 40,000 points at the end of the game you are more than welcome to stay. If you do not do these, I do not care if you score 100,000 points or more as you can GTFO. They only thing that matters is getting the credits in as short a time as possible.

I really wish people would change "participate in objective waves" to "make yourself as useful as possible during objective waves" you really do not need squishy characters on escorts through the center of a map with several vantages on your path... I will always say that my Demolisher Sniper is more useful camping and keeping enemies away from the group than she is following the group, where all enemies are headed.

You know where people say do not crowd the LZ on wave 11? Perhaps apply the same tactics to objectives. Sometimes you will be more useful as Air Support (as I like to call it)

I don't VTK jerks... I just give them a little of their own medicine... for example last night I was running a level 1 kroguard with a disciple on silver... I was host and the map was set to hydra... at the start of wave 2 3 more people joined, on round 5 one of them left and someone else joined... he was a Salarian infiltrator... he got high score at the end of the match and said on his mic "Oh my god, I joined late and done the best, you must all suck" He never left, so I hopped onto my Demolisher had another game on Hydra and tripled his score and asked him if he still thought I sucked... he left the lobby without answering.

OMG! I wish I could do that someday!

People needs to know, I only suck so much because I'm doing this for the challenges. I don't want to use every single character for 200 waves/10 Extractions, and I don't want to use common weapons on a silver game. I just want my challenges done so I can get my damn banners. The banners are my only driving force. Using new characters help, but not when they totally suck. I'm looking at you, you stupid Salarian and your stupid Decoy that doesn't do ****

Mine are normally between 22 minutes and 32 minutes...

Courage to solo bronze? It is easy... use any infiltrator, or anything with high shields/barriers...

I must have some terrible luck then. It's always been 35+ minutes. I just prefer a game where it's not a party filled with people just going down constantly. It's like everyone wants to get their Revive medals or something. Sometimes I just want to say "if you're not an infiltrator and there is one reviving people, just escape to recover your shield. You're going to die again, again, again."

Speaking of which, what is the best time to use Cobras and Medigels? I don't know why, but I see it a waste to use any on Bronze and Silver. Same thing for Medigels. As for Gold games, I use Medgels only if my time is about to expire or I'm about to get stepped on, but I know I can get away (no crowd of enemies surrounding me)

I wish there was a guide telling people the same thing. I only learned of that from experience. So much we can learn in Gold games than Bronze/Silver. It's all about strategy.

Whenever I bring my Demolisher and there's an escort or object wave I stand right there in the center and use my ridiculous amount of Arc grenades + shotty to clear the path. Thermal Clip if need be to restock. Granted she's a bit squishy but there's nothing about 27 Arc grenades can't handle.

That's not to say it's the best way to do it, just my way haha.

This game isn't so much about killing, but spawn manipulation and power synergy between teammates to hold back the horde. Often, soloing the enemy like you did causes a bad spawn for your teammates. Sticking with your teem allows for predictable spawns and mob control.

In general, it's a bad idea to ignore objectives. enemies have an infinite spawn during these waves until you complete the objective, so finishing these quick can result in waves lasting as little as 45 seconds.

You don't seem like a jerk, but you certainly played like one. It's understandable, though, because few mes require the teamwork that's needed in this. Once you play more, you'll learn to use your team and let your teem use you.

Use them when you feel the need to. Like if you see 2 praetorians and 3 scions huddled close...

And I use my medigel even if surrounded. Nothing like arc grenades to get away.

I like being "air support" with my BW, and dislike dying when several scions throw grenades in such a way that you have no chance of escaping :) Personal preference, if you are better in the ring, by all means go there, but some of us are better from the other side of the map.

Except crowding the extraction doesn’t make the timer go faster as it does the escort. An escort is also not stationary and not subject to the same level of being overrun. I’ve never had any real trouble with my Demo on escorts. Maybe it’s because I carry 9 grenades /shrug. I’m all for trying different strategies and not necessarily going with the obvious. But the lone wolf, while 3 others do the objectives fails almost every time in my experience. While our wolf is off playing hero the objective takes longer, resulting in more pressure on the now 3 man team as the hero inevitably gets downed and doesn’t gel.

Energy Drain is a terror on shields and gives nice Damage Reduction at Evolution 6.

Incinerate - great go-to offensive power.

Decoy - try deploying it from around a corner. Like TC, if an enemy "watches" you deploy it they are far less likely to be fooled by it, unless it's a Prime. Set it up in chokepoints, doorways, spec Incinerate for radius, spec Decoy for electric stun damage, equip sniper rifle and go nuts.
