Looking for some help with Gold/Platinum

So, up until now I've been good soloing Silver, and want to take the dive into Gold/Platinum, but I was wondering if anyone here would be willing to help out.

I typically play the Geth and Vorcha soldiers and use Flamer builds, so I'd hopefully want some squad members with really good Human Engineers that utilize the Drone and Overload. Or a Turian Sentinel, whichever.
