The conversation with Vigil on Ilos from ME1.

There were some damn fine moments in 2 and 3, but man...that conversation is just too much.

TOO MUCH

Tuchanka's and Rannoch's conclusions certainly are up there, as is the Suicide mission and the coversation with Sovereign. Theres alot more that are extremely memorable too.

Even with the ending, this is probably my favorite series of video game that I have played and its due to moments like those above.

I'd say the conversation with Sovereign is ever so slightly better. But just because of the music & atmosphere. I always bring Tali & Garrus just for that moment alone! Also the brief conversation with Harbinger at the end of Arrival is good too, again, down to the music & atmosphere. Plus Reapers just sound cool :p

Virmire beach landing was pretty epic, especially when Wrex pulls his shotty and the music gets all tense.

This.

Also, the latest thing I discovered since I actually got Javik to use the memory shard, when I talked to him before the assault in London, he said that after the war, he would, since he saw their memories in that shard, go to their graves and then he would join them there. That actually made me tear up. Sad, but memorable for me.

Poor Jenkins. His plot armor was stuck in Citadel customs and never got to him in time. :-\
