Looking for Gold builds for N7 Slayer, Paladin, and Shadow

Don't have any respec cards so I'm looking for the best builds for these characters. Thanks.

Slayer
Charge: Radius, Power Damage, Barrier
PD: Radius, Efficency, Armor Damage
Passive: power damage, power damage, weapon damage
Fitness: Shields, recharge, Shields

Use a Talon with disruptor ammo.

6/6/6/5/3 is also an option, but not one I prefer.

Damage vs. radius on Incinerate and ED are arguable. I like them for the extra chance of hitting mooks, since while the powers' damage is decent, your primary source of damage will be tech explosions, and bigger radius increases the chance of it hitting. Snap Freeze is bugged on Paladin so that if you take Reach, the Tech Combo evo is automatically active. I go Duration, since 10% extra damage isn't huge and it gives you time to fire another Incinerate to detonate if the first one misses.

The only real changes here would be ranks 4 and 6 on Shadow Strike, and going 5 in the passive and 3 in Electric Slash. I never find I use it though.

He has a lot he can be doing at any one time, so it's hard to pin down the perfect build. The insane DR you get from his light melee combo make you want a melee mod on your weapon, but a power magnifier is also useful for PD. You need piercing though, so that's a third mod slot. Any good player will tell you to skip Biotic Trash (or just go 3 in it), so that's a moot point. Shield damage on PD if you're using incendiary ammo, armor damge if disruptor. Or just go armor damage either way, since armor damage is always useful.

Radius vs Damage on Phase disruptor is 2m extra radius vs 120dmg. To me radius is a far better option.

It's already got a 5.2M radius, and I feel that's enough. Factoring in a Power Amp IV and Power Magnifier, you get an extra 200dmg, which adds up with five blasts. I wouldn't fault anyone who took radius though. More area of effect is never a bad choice.

Can you elaborate on this? PD has a base damage of 400. 400 x 0.30 = 120

Power Amps and the Power Magnifier aren't multiplicative bonuses and therefore have no bearing on the damage gained from the rank 4 choices.

I do concede that the damage does add up over multiple uses, but I still don't think it's nearly enough to warrant the radius loss.

Why is Electric Slash on the N7 Shadow considered crap by so many people? It looks like it does a ton of damage. And doesn't it go through walls?

It has a long windup so it can be dangerous to use in the open. Its okay for crowd control at 3 ranks but trying to find points to max it isn't possible without sacrificing SS damage or cloak versatility and that's basically what the Shadow is all about.

It can be annoying for other players in the same way shockwave is. When she first dropped, a lot of people were ES spammers. I normally take the extra weapon damage at rank 6 passive if only for Atlases.

Ah, I didn't notice that it only increases by 200 against what you took for the last evolution. That's where I got it being 200. You're right about the Power Amp and the Power Magnifier too. I should've waited until morning to post.
