It'd be like the stereotypical "man rolls over in bed and finds.. OMG WHAT *IS* THAT?!" moment :P. --- In Pie, Bond & Tails posts, read "democrat" as "republican". http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/261-politics/59182173
It's pretty funny how they put in an incredibly detailed model for Jessica Chobot (the IGN reporter), who only has 10 minutes of dialog and is completely irrelevant, but are too lazy to spend a decent amount of time on making a decent face for one of the main characters. --- PSN: El_Coon
Also, how come the reporter never put out? What a tease... or does she do so if you never romanced anyone else?
And what about Ashley or Liara- can you get with them if you never romanced anyone in ME2?
And what about Kelly Chambers? Is there an editor that will let me change whatever variable(s) I need to see her in ME3? --- In Pie, Bond & Tails posts, read "democrat" as "republican". http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/261-politics/59182173
CuseGirl posted... Is it lazy? Of course. Is it done because other things needed to be implemented? Yes and in the end, I'm glad they had more time to design a weapon modification bench instead of drawing Tali's face.
... I don't think you know how games are made.
Seriously the artists would have finished their work MONTHS before the game was finished. In fact for some of them it would likely even be over a year before it was finished. Games are designed before being made. Since they didn't bother to put an in game model in, rather just a picture it would be so easy to do it well and not affect ANYTHING. In fact it would probably be good as it can be a problem with developers that you have artists who do all the design work then have nothing to do for long periods of time. Maybe work on some DLC, pitch ideas for future games etc but it is a problem of different parts of the company not syncing up.
Have one character designer spend a little time on it wouldn't be even a tiny issue.
How Tali looks is a joke http://i44.tinypic.com/ih8uxc.jpg Look at the arm! And the hand!
Either don't put something in the game or if you decide to put it in the game then actually put a TINY amount of effort in. To me this seems like a statement. That fans requesting to see Tali's face annoyed them and they purposefully decided to give them something rubbish.
i'm glad they used an actual picture. i wish they modified a picture of the actual voice actress instead of just getting a stock one but i think all the females in 3 look like they got smacked with a derp stick. for me to be happy they were going to have to photoshop something, why not a stock photo? --- psn & lol: choffers PRAISE THE SUN!!!
DarkKirby2500 posted... How are there even people defending Bioware on this...
No matter how much you like Bioware or Mass Effect, you can't blind yourself to the extreme laziness of this act or the lack of creativeness in it.
I mean, all that mystery to "reveal" Tali looks like a normal middle aged human women? And they didn't even bother to design it themselves?
With what they did, it would have just been better if they didn't show her face at all.
------------------------------------------------------------------- You are an idiot... get a job. Do what BioWare has done. THEN talk sh¡t. Hey, just get a job, that's a 1st step.
Producing a product of this quality takes more effort than you're probably capable of understanding. The 18+ hour days, 6-7 days a week, for months to possibly a year or more... That's how we roll in the software industry. Hearing little punks talk crap because someone used stock art (for it's intended purpose) is ridiculous and insulting.
