does this have a pay to win cash shop now or something

seems likely

it's not at ALL pay 2 win. It's mostly aesthetic stuff. The only thing that could be considered pay to win is that you can buy the ability to learn ALL of the professions. Not level them up, just learn them. I think you are restricted to 3 other wise.

You can buy some boosts like xp potions but they're not required. You can buy some gear, but it's mostly sets of leveling gear. (Handy to be honest; missing a tanking set for your alternate role? You can buy a tanking set.) NO TOP TIER RAID GEAR IS SOLD.

So some people may be new to Shuriko topics. Here is the key to a Shuriko topic: do not respond in any meaningful way.

The correct response to any Shuriko topic is, "Shuriko topic." Let me demonstrate this for you.

Shuriko topic.

I was thinking about posting something similar to Mari/KTG2, but then I remembered that I would be posting in a Shuriko topic if I did.

To some people, every game is P2W now. Rift is as far to P2W as possible.

53 so far and I haven't bought anything (Wish I had money to and I would) I would love to get more bag slots, and more toon slots. Other then that, I don't see this as a PAY TO WIN game.

For some reason this topic made me wonder something. If you were to play a sex/porn-based MMO where it had a cash shop from which you could purchase anything and everything you need to "succeed" in the game without having to use in-game mechanics to do so would it be called a "pay to win" cash shop or a "pay to sin" cash shop? -_-
