All in all it's exploiting MS's poor over the phone support and social engineering.

Double check your account security, change your password, recovery questions, etc.. and make sure your other accounts (emails etc..) isn't compromised either. --- Chess doesn't require skill, as all you do is move a piece when it's your turn. - Krazoa2
