I am trying to get 100% completion, but seem to be stuck at 99.8%.

I have checked all maps and don't have any "gray" (incomplete) areas. I have purchased all of Ellie's power ups, have unlocked all trait slots, and have raised all 30 of Chomp's forms to level 30 except the "strongest".

So, the question is, do I have to get the final form to level 30 for 100% completion, or did I miss something somewhere?

Neither of the faqs cover how to get 100%.
