question bout the anime

ok so i just got bac into one piece i saw the 4kids dub wen i was younger and thot it was awsome then funimation took over and i didnt like tht so i quit watchin it i just started and saw the first 4 eps of funimation and i love it! its so much better than the 4kids for obvious reasons.

but neways other than its better now tht funimation dubbed it is it worth watchin it all over again or could i just skip to the important fights? the last i remembr of one piece was wenluffy beat crocodile so my other question is, is there alot more dub epsafter crocodile/ nething vital to the story cuz im not to worried if its filler.

i understand tht i could watch the subs since theres like 500 eps but for now i just want to stick with the dub so if u could even just tell me some of the better fights up to the alabaster arc i would appreciate! srry thts alot to read.

um well. if you like one piece maybe you should start over and watch ep1. the dub is not that bad. the funi one not yhe 4kids one. just start over. as for the best fights um. luffy vs don krieg. luffy vs arlong. luffy vs mr0/crocodile. zoro vs mihawk. zoro vs mr1. sanji vs kuroobi. sanji vs mr2. usopp & chopper vs mr 4 & miss merry christmas. nami vs miss doublefinger. ace vs smoker. hope this helps

If you're going to watch the dub, start over. 4Kids completely ruined everything. I suggest just watching the subs though

4kids entirely skipped Little Garden right? And they butchered Drum as a result?

keep in mind 4kids cut 40 episodes worth of material from the first 144 episodes they dubbed.

I recommend the manga first and foremost though! Read chapters 1 - 597 if you want to be really up to date w/ the series!

Oh and when you're far enough, watch STRONG WORLD

Yup, I've stop watching the anime,
just read the manga.

Strong World wasn't as thrilling as I expected though.
Certainly below CP9 arc in terms of emotional moments.
Great fights n outfits though. I'm collecting the P.O.P.s

I'm currently doing the re-read. Skypiea is so much awesome. Even more hilarity when you 'look into' things and kinda wonder just WHY Robin looked to be molesting Chopper's body for about 25 chapters. Seriously. Straddling it, cuddling it, picking it up, straddling again.

Yeah, Strong World was okay, but imo, would've been better if it was a manga arc like Oda originally planned.

I think Shiki would've fit nicely between Thriller Bark and Sabaody...would've given Brook some time to mesh with the crew before the split.

k i got 1 more question did nebody buy the voyage boxsets? im watchin online but i wondered it may sound stupid but did funimation redub every ep cuz i just finished the 9th ep bout them meetin usopp and tellin stories to the girl in the mansion then i clicked on ep 10 and it was 4kids dub so was tht ep not funimation dubbed or did they just put tht ep on the box set cuz the 10th ep was suppose to be bout the hypnotist guy? ne help explaining tht? thx!

They've dubbed over 150 episodes and counting.
