Just wondering, also was wondering if you can select the Japanese 3ds to American language or if it means anything played on it will be in Japanese language. Any feedback is appreciated, Ty

Yes. DS games are not region-locked. DSi and 3DS games are region-locked.

Also American Language....... Hahaha....

You can, but I don't understand why you would want to, if you can read Japanese. Any gems released in english are practically always released in Japan too, and most likely before we get it.

Are there any DSi enhanced games other than Pokemon Black and White 1 and 2?

I think Pokemon Conquest is as well. I think the cart color kinda is the difference between the two. Dsi enhanced seem to be black, while normal is grey.

Well they got ice white color which I think looks awesome I guess I'll have to settle for a US color. Maybe I'll rock pink.

Uh, there are lots of Asians who aren't Japanese. Japan is only a small part of Asia.

For future reference: "Jap" is a derogatory term and can get you banned.

Yes is the answer to your question.
