Once you buy a game on the EShop can you delete it and redownload free?

Let's say I download the 20 free games. I run out of memory so I have to delete a few, then in the future I decide I want to play one of the games I deleted.... Would it be like Steam where the title is on my account and I can install/uninstall at any time?

Yes... Though it's attached to your system so you can't buy another 3DS expecting you can redownload it by linking your club nintendo.

I honestly don't know (because there's no "universal login" like with PSN, Xbox Live, and Steam) but I would like to know if anyone's familiar with this and would have an answer.

Edit: Cool, thanks for the info.
