So interesting. Supposedly, the combined amount of time you take to hammer down all the Grocks in each day matters, as do Side Quests. The less time, the more [Sherrif] Stars you receive. Stars are required in order to advance. Completing all side quests in one stage nabs you another star. You are suppose to beat the 1st world in 19 minutes for a 1 star ranking. I'm not sure how you beat the stage within 12 minutes for a 5 star unless you ignore quests and exploring. --- Snitches are everywhere on GameFAQs | |
I'm pretty sure it only counts the night towards your total time. Anyway, once you beat a stage once, you can re-enter it with more starting cash (from your savings from beating previous stages). Thus you can buy more towers, making it easier to beat the target time. | |

I beat the first two villages with 3 stars each the first time around, btw. Anyway, it shouldn't be hard to get 5 stars if you go back with enough money to put weapons on every tower from the start. | |

Whoo, Day 2 Stage 2 complete, 1 more day to go. How do I get the mineral from the Den for the 2nd Quest btw? Also, Any idea where the fourth Ancient Ruins is?
