True, but the system itself as a whole can stop functioning after several months if you don't treat it like a piece of delicate thin glass that is constantly on the verge of shattering. :P

I would love Nintendo if they did this. Since the GBA SP, my shoulder buttons keep dieing, and sure blowing is good, but it's not permanent. My PSP shoulder buttons still work .-.

They should just up the quality this time. The DS lite suffered from bad speakers, weak hinges, lousy buttons. Sheesh. I wouldn't mind paying a few more bucks for better quality instead of paying for repair fees.

I've had my PSP since launch and I've dropped it several times. It still works fine.

My PSP's R button already starts to randomly stick/not function thanks to only a month of pop'n music play. My launch-day DS fat's shoulder buttons still work fine.
