If you notice carefully, the graphics for SSF4 on 3DS has the shader options on the PC version that aren't on the console versions.

its SUPER street fighter 4, so no, not an iphone port. as cool as this is, i didn't like sf4.

Good luck enjoying it without an arcade stick. Believe me, I thought I was ok with using a PS3 pad for SSF4, but there are just some moves you can't do. Switching to stick made such an improvement.

Does look nice tho.
