there are a few problems with that..
1.. the 3DS still doesn't have a launch date or even pricing information. So they won't cease all production of DS games next week or anything. 2. Even after a new system is out.. the old system still has around 6 months or more where people are still producing games for it.. The DS was out for over a year and GBA games were still being made. With the PS2 it's been over 3 years and it's still getting games. The DS family has well over 100 million units.. there's still tons of money to be had there and always will be so long as people just don't throw their DS systems into the trash.
