The GBA slot is doubtful. At this point it would be more profitable for them and easier for new adopters to just open up a Virtual Console for the 3DS and add in GB/GBC/GBA games.

Heck they could open up that to DSi owners as well, although then that would make your next point, a way of transferring bought DSi ware all the more important.

I think DSiWare was confirmed. GBA slot though...highly doubt it.

It would be nice, but really, do we need another device that can play games from that long ago? I think it's safe to say most gamers and many non-gamers own a GBA, GBA SP, GB Micro, DS Phat, DS Lite, or a Gamecube+Gameboy Player. And people who particularly like GBA games (myself, TC I assume) probably own all or most of these systems.

Really? Double sales? I really doubt GBA games are that high in demand any more...

Ummm...? Maybe.

GBA Slot? Why not just buy a GBA SP or a GBA Lite. No need to waste more money on a GBA Slot.

And I'm sure they'll have SOMETHING for the DSiWare you bought

They probably assumed you transferred it to one of the DS games by now.....
