so its never really 3D?

so let me get it right, the 3ds is not really "3d"?..lookin at the video demo, i dont see any 3d technology in it..

You can't see the 3D effect by looking at the videos or pictures. Even if you have a 3D monitor, you can't see the 3D effect because the videos were recorded with a standard camera (not 3D), same with photos. The most you can see is a double picture of the content in the 3DS screen.

You need to see it in person to appreciate the effect, the primary reason why Nintendo at the press conference, there were a lot of girls with a 3DS each for the public to test in person.
