And guess what. Before microsoft falls into their grave, they try to insult nintendo by releasing perfect dark on their xbox live thing. And the 2 banjos if im not mistaken.

Couldn't Nintendo still remake, say, Donkey Kong 64 if they wanted to? Technically, they own the series, regardless of who actually designed it.
