Almost (if not all) 3D TVs display in 1920x1080 pixels. A GPU with the specs of this one would not be able to render 1080p at a reasonable frame rate. And even if it didn't have high res, (which it won't) 400x200 resolution would look like an epic dump on a TV.

They make kits to mod your DS so that you can plug it into a TV. Obviously it won't display in HD, but it's possible to get the video signal up there.

I'm pretty sure that this also may be stretching it. The Wii outputs a max of 480p, and this GPU seems a tad bit weaker than the Wii's, maybe equal.
