They're telling us "everyone will have it by March", and I'm pretty sure that's providing for the inevitable delays that other territories (unfairly) receive. If they follow their release date trends over the past couple platforms, then America will get it in November while Japan will get it a month later.

Japan getting a Japanese system not first? Has this really happened with previous DS models?

It happened with the Wii and with the first DS model, yes.

This game is scheduled for release in Japan October 2010. Once it's out, GameFAQs will accept and post FAQs, cheats, and reviews as soon as they come in.
