there is no 4D. Humans cannot possibly conceive of anything higher than 3D. As a matter of fact, there aren't even any words in any language to describe something that has more than 3 dimensions. various theoretical studies into n-dimensional shapes are done (for example, how many lines can you draw between the vertexes of a hypercube with dimensions 2x2x2x2?) however, these are all theoretical. nothing with more than 3 dimensions has been proven to actually exist.

humans however, can sometimes represent a 4th dimension by using something like temperature.

I used to be able to take the volume of a 7 dimensional shape with calculus, but I'm not sure I remember all the steps anymore.
