Price: $200-$250, probably $200, as any higher would be more expensive than a Wii. I'll call it at $200. Possibly even less, as having it cost the same as a home console is weird.
Games: Remember that it still has the PSP as light competition. Same prices as DS games, for sure.

Only if the account's password is poor/the system behind them is poorly defended. The whole PSN ID theft thing is new to me, although Xbox Live uses account-based purchases as well, and I haven't heard any complaints about that. Perhaps as an extra safeguard, they could have that you need to confirm the transfer of your purchases, hardware-to-hardware, or via e-mail or something.
