you are NOT going to be able to tilt or move your head around to change what you see on the screen. No peering around corners or up skirts :P

It's possible with a combination of the forward-facing camera (for head tracking) and the motion & tilt sensors.

Not to mention that even with those features, going too far to one side or rotating the system kills the 3D effect.
