The only way you'll be able to see it is if someone records it with a camera with two lens, or you have the damn thing in your hands and have both your eyes open.

In SA2, it's Super Sonic and Hyper Shadow.

Yep, it could be seen in a video. Similar to how it can be seen in this video demonstrating it on a wii:

Actually, the point is that you can see 3d effects without actually having a third dimensional display.

...? Yeah, when you actually have it in front of you. Why do you think Iwata said during the conference we're bringing out all these girls with 3DS's attached to them? Because if they just showed video, no one would see the effect efficiently.

The only way we could see the effect at home is if someone at E3 was video-taping the 3DS with a 3D camera and if you watched that video on a 3D monitor.

are people seriously arguing this? The only way you can see the 3D effect on a 3DS without having the 3DS right in front of you is by, as previously stated, having hte game footage be videotaped by a 3D camera and watching it on a 3D monitor. The head tracking stuff, while cool, is not what the 3DS does.

Actually, it is, just in a slightly more sophisticated way.
