Only two of those top 10 games in the list are ports (Zelda and Starfox). All but Metal Gear Solid are coming out for sure. Metal Gear is being considered by Kojima, the tech demo at E3 was used to show off the 3DS hardware and to see how popular it would be. Considering the popularity of the demo (it IS probably the most popular one shown there), it's very likely that they'll make a MGS for 3DS. Although Kojima said it wouldn't be like the demo, but a different game entirely.

^ I'm pretty sure the Zelda game is a remake.
Don't know about Star Fox though.

Well actually, both are remakes when you consider the difference between a port and a remake. They both have far better graphics and will apparently have new content. Those things alone are enough to say something is a remake. I agree with you, but i wasn't trying to state whether they were a port or not, just saying they weren't NEW games per say. But remakes they are indeed, not strait ports.

But i think the topic was about asking whether all the games in the list were old or new.

Remakes are built from the ground up to take full advantage of the system.Ports are simply games that are coded to work on the system they trying to port.

considering they have to remake the graphics for the 3D effect.
