Granted, Japan only. 3DS is region locked.

I wish that the 3DS transformed into a giant shark that would protect me forever and I could fly to other planets on.

Granted. The title is used to test a new form of segmented game ownership in the DSWare shop. The prologue is free. Each subsequent chapter costs 1000 points, coming out every other month. An unforseeable glitch makes the final chapter unplayable, until the complete game in cartridge form comes out a year later.

I wish developers made good use of the gyroscope and accelerometers.

Granted. However, to use this, you must be tasty and a room outside. Also, the only planet the shark can get to is your pool, at which point it short-circuits.

Granted. However, your character cannot use weapons and is allergic to plasmids. The gameplay entirely centres around hacking. The hacking minigame is the only thing you can do, and they really crank up the difficulty thinking the touchscreen will make things all the easier.

^ Granted due to being able to turn off the 3D effect. However the first game to do this will be Cooking Mama.
