I got news kids.

Mr.Fils-Aime Made an appearance on Late Night w/Jimmy Fallon where he stated the 3DS would be coming 2011. WHOOOPS Apparently the Reginator was a weee bit off because Nintendo came out to correct him and say he was wrong. So, for right now its looking like we're getting a 2010 release. What do you guys think?

I think they just corrected him with a lie. Kinda like how they "corrected" Denise Keigler (or whatever her name was) when she leaked details about DSi XL a week before it was officially announced.

Would love to be wrong though, a 2010 Release in the US would be sweet.
