I highly doubt it. There's big money envolved in securing exclusivity for the still developing 3D entertainment market, and I don't think Nintendo sees it as part of their plan. If anything, the 3DS will get a handful of Nickelodeon cartoons/shows like they did with the GBA.

They stated at E3 that their would be the 3D movies playable on 3DS. No one knows exactly how this will be, but apparently it is part of Nintendo's plan to include 3D movie playback.
