Will games be 3DS exclusive

I believe I read on IGN that Nintendo released a statement saying that 3DS game chips are designed differently to make sure no one tries jamming a 3DS game chip into a regular DS. I would give you the link but I'm typing this from my phone while on break at work.

Well, yes, that's par for the course. However, the 3DS can read DS carts, so if they put 3DS enhancements on a regular DS cart, it would be just like the GBC enhancements of certain GB games, or GBA enhancements of GBC games.

2:No.The n64 is not future compatible

When Nintendo begins to release games for the 3DS will be they exclusive for the 3DS, or will they be compatible with a normal DS with normal graphics?

Like the other guy said, can you play Wii games on a Gamecube?

What's the chance that the 3DS will replace development of DS games completely?

100%

Also, will the 3DS be able to play DS or GBA games?

It will be able to play DS games, but why would it be able to play GBA games? Can a DS play GBC games (outside of emulation)?
