How long do you think we'll have to preorder before everywhere sells out?

You'll likely have to be at the store before it opens to get your pre-order in at most places. Good luck.

Oh it's not gonna be too hard for me because I live in a small farmish city where most gamers are the OMG MODERN WARFARE 2!! HALO!! kind of gamers.

I pre-ordered the Wii on Amazon UK when they very first started allowing pre-orders (they announced the pre-order date in advance).

The launch day pre-order quantity sold out in seven minutes. I got mine four minutes after it started so managed to get one at launch. :D

Basically, even if you pre-order, you'll still be incredibly lucky to get one for launch day before they're sold out!
