Sure, from any retailer willing to take your money for a product that has no launch date and no price.

^ Gamestops around here won't take pre-orders yet...
HD on a screen that small would have more clarity than real life.

No one can take preorders yet because nintendo doesnt have pricing or release date yet. Gamestop and other retailers need at least a price first before they can take preorders on it. They need to determine whether its a 10 or 25 down payment. They can fake the date. Heck go into any gamestop and look at the coming soon binder. If its the first day of any month, unless the first is on a tuesday, thats a fake date. If its coming out next year odds are its a fake date.

Surprisingly Gamestop isn't jumping on the pre-orders for the 3DS or any games confirmed for it. Other retailers however are already listing false prices, false release dates, and allowing pre-orders. Don't make any purchase yet until a final price and release date from Nintendo are announced. Also, please purchase it from a game retailer, we need to support them rather than stores that sell everything. (Walmart, etc.)
Must have: Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Metroid: Other M, Paper Mario,
