Troll companies you have never heard of in your entire life love to make stupid lawsuits to get media attention. Remember a couple of months ago when some joke company nobody knows about claimed to be the leader in wireless technology and sued Nintendo, Sony and Apple for having their devices automatically connect to the strongest network available? Yeah, even common sense seems to be copyrighted nowadays.
