Yeah, just got the 3ds because my original ds phat (chunky one) finally broke. It still works but the top screen is not that well connected anymore and its like a tv antenna which means i need to jiggle it around untill i get the sound for my games.
Anyways, how do i move my wifi data from my original ds to my 3ds? I know i have to go to download or something among those lines but im not 100% sure.
"Wifi data"? Are you talking about wireless router connection settings, or any data that's locked between the DS system and a game card? Because that second thing is.....locked between that DS system and that game card.

I thought there was a way to move the wifi data, like when i play a wifi enabled game (phantasy star zero) it said if i were going to go online with that game card i have to use that ds with it, or something among those lines. I thought there was a way to transfer that through DS download play.

TC is moving from a DS to 3DS. Assuming TC will continue playing their DS games on the 3DS (seeing as how the DSPhat is now broken), transferring the DS settings, along with linked wificodes related to thoe games, then this would be the solution. (the one posted above)
