I ordered eshop dollars and it failed the first 3 times but my parents card was charged those 3 times because they had the card in the wrong zip code. So do they have to call the credit card company since nintendo put $30 extra dollars on hold? I only wanted $10 not to spend $40 on $10 -_- --- http://backloggery.com/darigon/sig.gif http://raptr.com/badge/4aa3f8d60a933883c5832cd960cc0f77/ach.png

in a week or 2 the charges should be gone.

^ Entirely false.
Call them, explain the situation and make sure they take it off. If you don't do it right after they appear on the transaction sheet for the card, the chances of getting the charges taken off is pretty low. --- 3DS F/C: 4038-6005-9214 Bryan PM after adding. I've had payments like that go wrong before, and they where always gone after a few days.

Lucky you. I've had payments that I didn't make that the bank refused to take back because they were more than a week old. It's best to call in when you first see them to make sure they'll get taken off. --- 3DS F/C: 4038-6005-9214 Bryan PM after adding. In general the funds are held, not actually charged. They should go away when the transaction resolves in a few days. The bank may or may not even be able to do anything right away. Just check them after 8 or so each day, and if the pending status disappears and you are charged then you should definitely call right away.
