It has given us a huge lengthy campaign plus weekly spotpass DLC.

Spot on, Koei-Tecmo.

I enjoyed the game a fair bit, but got bored due to the very dull weapon/equipment system. Had it been more complex, or there was some sort of local area & online multiplayer (beyond streetpasses) I would probably still be playing it as my main game.

So, I recommend it. But I'm glad I traded it in so I could nab RE: Mercenaries.
Please do not feed the trolls, mark & move on. Likely posted from my 3DS.

NinjaGamer_23, I agree. But it has local area and online multiplayer, so I can keep picking it up.

Korlithiel, you are right about online and local. It made the game more fun that way. I have not finished all of the RE game but I am almost finished. I am currently playing through tom clancy's ghost recon shadow war.

I have never played a Samurai/Dyanasty Warriors game. Are they really as repetitive as critics say,

My fav genres are fighting, action/adventure, and bullet hell SHUMPS.

Yes, but the gameplay is so good, you don't really mind repeating it. (Warning: opinion)

the game is pretty darn thorough for a portable version......and plays like a million bucks compared to some console versions of the "warriors" series.
