Open your 3DS all the making it click? I mean I see everyone doing it but wouldn't it make the 3DS loose quicker?

What's your reasoning? Why would doing that make the hinge "loose faster?"

... Because the more it clicks in it seems like it would make it go loose... That happened with my DS Lite

I don't understand why people do that. Are they afraid the screen is going to slam shut on their fingers? It's not supposted to go that far back.

It's been agreed for a while now that the DS Lite hinge issues were a result of overtightening. Also, the 3DS clicks both when you open it up to a "normal" angle or all the way.

Yeah, but also when you close it. So if you opened it all the way it would click three times... I don't know all I needed was a yes or no.

Well, in my opinion, I would say no. It's not bad to open it all the way. Do I personally do it? No. Would I freak out if someone did it to my 3DS? No.

Also, my 3DS doesn't click when I close it...

Mine doesn't click when you open it, open it all the way, or close it o_o

Thanks, and everyones does On youtube, nintendo weekly channel. And if you close it slowly. If you open it all the way possible. And if you close it very slowly... Literally everyones i've ever seen has clicked and mine clicked when I first got it also.. and people unboxing open it up all the way and you hear the noise whenever you open your DSLite all the way...
