Different Colors?

I'm planning on buying a 3DS, but right now I'm not happy with my color choice. I've looked all over the internet and even though they had many colors at E3, I could not find any news about new colors. There were rumors of a red 3DS bundled with Mariocart, but they were just rumors... Has anyone read or heard anything regarding new colors?

The Red 3DS just launched in Japan. Everywhere else it's just the same 2 colors.

Dang, well looks like I'm gonna have to find a cool skin, or perhaps I'll just wait for the 3DS XL or somthing along those lines..

I dont understand. Why would the color of a videogame system even matter at all?

I would literally buy a pink 3DS if that was the only color available for a considerable amount of time.

There are always skins, cases, etc, and all of them are black on the Top screen.

Why would the color of a videogame system even matter at all?
It matters with portable systems. You'll be looking at it for a long time if it's good. You should like what you'll be looking at.

That, and admit it, an orange or white 3DS would look a lot cooler.
