Does anyone's top side of the 3DS shake if you try to move it?

My 3DS top hinge shakes a little back and forth if I move it up and down. Does anyone else have the same thing?

It's a pretty common problem. Nintendo will repair it under warranty if you call them and tell them it's a defect. But if it doesn't bother you then just let it be. Mine is pretty loose, but so far there haven't been any games that require shaking. So I haven't bothered.

Just a side note, I love all the motion controls this thing has, but they really don't mix well with the 3D. You can do it, but it's quite a chore.

shake in what way? if you mean back and forth? if your 3ds screen snaps into place, and does not close under its own weight, it's working as intended

Get Crystal Armor of some sort, makes the hinge much sturdier. Plus it looks cool.
