How do Nintendo know when you bought the system exactly, have any details been released?
Gaming systems: PC, Ps2, Ps3, Gamecube, DS Lite, Xbox 360, Nintendo 64 and a Dreamcast
Nothing to do with purchase date. If you access the store before the cut-off date, you're enrolled.

"These free games are available to anyone who owns a Nintendo 3DS system and uses a wireless broadband Internet signal to connect to the Nintendo eShop at least once before 23:59 pm (Central European Time) on August 11th. These Nintendo 3DS systems will be automatically registered in the Nintendo 3DS Ambassador programme."

It's a really cool gun for the Spy in TF2. I like the Le'tranger better though.

PC Gaming is an alternative form of gaming but by no means the finest.
