What is this? Nintendo, by no means, was obligated to give early buyers compensation. Even if you happen to own some of the games being given, it's nice to be able to own them all in one place without the need to keep track of cartridges, and the slider will help with games such as Mario Kart.
Plus, if they were released in the E-Shop, NES games would probably cost $4 and GBA games would cost around $8 at the very least. So let's add this up shall we?
$8 x 10 = $80 (Which is equal to the price drop, so they could have stopped there.) $4 x 10 = $40
$80 + $40 = $120
We're getting basically, $120 worth of games which is more than enough to compensate.
Lastly, these games aren't exactly shovelware. They're all quality games and I'm excited to finally play Metroid Fusion and Yoshi's Island.
Why are people complaining again? --- This is the internet, all opinions are considered invalid.
theyre probably complaining cause its not the games THEY want. though with the 5 empty slots for gba (dont really care about nes) basically every series nintendo own SHOULD get in. unless they feel like spamming mario games

This. But really, the retail value of the GBA games makes me pretty happy. Can I get some Golden Sun or FE in here? --- If you ever have to choose between regular heaven and pie heaven, you should choose pie heaven. There may not be any difference, but if there is, oh boy!

This for sure.
I mean you can already download these GBA/NES games by using _other_ means anyway. This is in no way decent compensation. --- Then, the shutter falls; you see it all in 3D! It's your favorite foreign movie!
