Price drop not a big deal.

Nintendo dropped the price because they over estimated demand based on the e3 showing two years ago. Thats all there is to it. Stop pretending to be economists and go back to playing your games, while I wait for Radiant Historia to come in the mail.

Yeah....

It has nothing to do with the Vita starting at $249 with superior hardware or the fact the system has been outsold 2-1 by the dead in the water PSP, or the fact multiple developers have canceled or delayed games because of the low sales numbers of handheld.

Good thing I have an BS in Marketing and Econ so I can continue to post.

Who gives a hoot what the psp is doing. Its irrelevant.

The only fact that matters is the 3ds is outpacing the ds.

So far as I am concerned, anything can happen. It can be a 100 mil seller or it can be a 50 mill seller. Or it can be an 80 mill seller.

Lets see what this price drop does.

Remember the ds was also getting outsold 5-1 by the gba and psp 7 months after launch.
