Can I order a Canadian 3DS from a Canadian Walmart?

Do they ship to American addresses?
It's being sold for $200 Canadian, which is currently about $210.
If I do this, I'll pay $40 more than I would in a few weeks, but get the 20 games. I think it's a pretty sweet deal. Is this possible?
