Which game has more unlockables and takes more time to finish? DOA or SF43D?

I'm getting a 3DS soon and I'm not sure which one I'm going to get. One of them is going to be my 2nd game, with OOT being the 1st. I'm not sure really which game I want to get. I didn't like SF4 on 360 but I like the demo I tried on 3DS. Is there any kind of Street Pass for DOA? SF4 has the battle system thing. I know that DOA has the dlc. I'm borderline, and I know they are 2 different fighting style games. I just need to figure out how long each game will hold my attention, and what game brings more to the table in the modes and extras side of things, etc. That's some stuff that's not always acknowledged in the comparisons.

DoA, in terms of unlockable content.
But SSFIV has smoother online.

Your call.

It would be DOA but you'll gonna miss the majority of the DLC costumes they had released so. Then again, those dont really count as unlockables I suppose. But it would probably still be DOA since there are a lot of figurines to get.

DoA has throwdown challenges with street pass. I think it's a cool feature. I own DoA and I enjoy it very much. It has a ton of statue unlockables (More like just different poses of all the characters) that you can pose and take 3D pictures of. I never liked Street Fighter 4, so I can't tell you much about that game other than it seems to be a fairly faithful port of the home console versions

It's a tough decision. I wish that there was a demo for DoA in stores as well, that way I could make a decision easier.
