im_your_momma posted... I'm still on the fence on this one but I've only been hearing positive things so I might take the plunge. It also seems like a lot of content for only $7.00.

The trailer on the e-shop turned me off of that game.
Not only is it a port of a cellphone game, but even in the TRAILER of all things the game seemed very very laggy, it would pause for a second every time you hit the ball, and the victory animation once you got the ball int eh hole was playing like a slideshow. I mean, if they can't even be bothered to not make the game look like a laggy mess in their trailer...
So yeah, the trailer which is supposed to get you interested in the game turned me off from it. I don't know if the game is laggy or not, but the trailer sure made it look that way, coupled with the fact that its a port from a cellphone game, I just assumed it was a cheap hackjob of a port and ignored it. Gameloft seems to be jumping headfirst into this whole 3D thing without bothering to do quality testing, already they have a dozen 3D games for my phone, and they are practically the ONLY ones who do. --- "A train station is where a train stops. That's a damn positive review. The others I'd read before were all quite negative (calling it shovelware, saying the graphics and loading times are bad, describing sluggish and unresponsive menus, etc).
Now I'm kind of interested again but not sure what to believe. Hmmm...
