Why I can't get more stamps in the Mii Plaza minigame...?

I mean, I completed the Samus animation and when I want to buy stamps with coins it says: "you can't get more stamps without a new panel" or something like that...

How do I get more panels?

Other people have other panels. You need to get them from other people.

You have to get a piece of another panel through a streetpass. If you live in the sticks, it may take awhile. I was lucky, I think about 9 employees at my local Fred Myer are 3DS junkies. The fun part is trying to identify who they are by their miis, some were spot-on!
