1. I heard that the power cord for the 3DS is the same for the dsi/dsi XL is this true?

2.are there any protective cases for the 3ds yet? if so how much?

3. is the l and r buttons still easily breakable?

4. is the hinge still a bad problem?

What a coincidence; I happen to have a few answers that I would like questioned.

1. Yes, they do work for either system.

2. Yes. Do you mean "How much are they?" or "How many are different kinds are there?"?

3. Not at all.

4. No, but the bottom screen sticks out farther than it should and will almost certainly scratch the top screen if it doesn't have a protector on it.

Soft cases usually range from $5-$15, hard cases $5-$20, and "ghost armor" like cases (protective film for whole system) are usually $25 and up. Screen protectors are ~$10 as well.
