anyone know how to remove screen protectors?

i've been trying for about a half hour and can't seem to get the things off.. help a bro out?

Stick a piece of duct tape to the edge of the screen protector. Press down firmly on it so that it gets a good grip, but not hard enough to damage the screen. Rip it off and the screen protector should come with it.
