Do DS games that used the nintendo WFC work on the 3DS?

Im trying to download puzzles on Picross DS, but it's unable to connect.
One free month of PSN+, and all I have to do is hand over my personal info to hackers? That sounds like a sweet deal, where do I sign? -- 3DS 1504-5688-7256

it does. My copy of Pokemon Black can connect just fine.

DS WiFi settings have to be set up separately from 3DS WiFi settings. Make sure that you've done so.
