But I'm planning to send my 3DS to Nintendo to be fixed. The power button doesn't work well, the hinge is making loud noises when I open/close it, the buttons mark the top screen, L has problems, basically, it's a wreck. And I've not dropped it or anything. In fact, I've been extremely careful with it. Bad manufacturing I suppose.

Will they send me the same 3DS back? I wouldn't want to lose my Mii's, puzzle pieces, etc. And of course, I wouldn't want to lose access to the free games.
