It's not like these are 10-year-old GBA games that every self-respecting gamer's played before, right? or some even older games that are ports of ports, like Super Mario World 2 / Super Mario Advance 3?

TinyTankX, Nintendo opened the eshop to increase sales. All of their competitors have better online stores, and to avoid falling too far behind they started putting up what content they could secure licenses for.

Of course Nintendo isn't going to pass up the opportunity of selling GBA games on the VC. People needs to stop making a deal over this matter.

People who pirate wont stop pirating if a game comes up for sale on the eshop.
